Mr Cohen was frank about the consequences of the diagnosis. And clear on the management of the condition. He made it easy to ask questions and made himself available in the future for any subsequent questions I may have.
Very attentive and provided clear answers to my questions.
i found all the staff from reception, nurses and finally Dr. Cohen to be very helpful and competent at their job with a high level of care shown. Dr Cohen showed a great understanding of my family history and explained in great detail what could happen in the future and what care and possible drugs might be available which i found very reassuring but still noting the seriousness of my condition. On a wider note my family are extremely grateful for the care my brother past and present is receiving and for the care my deceased brother received from all at the Royal Free especially Mr/Dr. Gilmore
Dr Oliver Cohen has been so supportive, I came with my father from Liverpool to London in December, Dr Oliver rang my fathers consultant and spoke to him when we were there and sorted everything out in regards to my fathers further treatment.
Dr Cohen gave me his email address for me to contact him with any questions queries.
He has been amazing answering all my emails and
giving us support over the Christmas period!
He answers my emails very promptly and realises how important it is for families to have this link with him, he always asks how my Dad is doing.
I can’t thank him enough for his help and support which really means all lot to families receiving such upsetting news, and I thank him personally for this.
Dr Cohen explained everything and answered my questions very clearly. He has a very pleasant manner.
